Join us in a serene and creative space to explore self-acceptance through art. We'll use mark-making as a metaphor to embrace even those parts of ourselves that are hard to accept. No prior experience is needed; just bring your curiosity, willingness to explore, and an open heart.

  • Safe and Welcoming Environment: A judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions and vulnerabilities.

  • Guided Reflections: Thought-provoking questions and exercises to deepen your journey towards self-acceptance and self-love.
