Art has always been my refuge. Without realizing it, every brushstroke, photograph, and collage was more than just a creative expression—they were tools to understand myself, find calm amidst the chaos, and reconnect with who I truly am.
Throughout my journey as a visual artist and international photographer, I have explored various forms of creation—from running a modeling agency to teaching online, reaching over 7,000 students worldwide. But the most valuable lesson I’ve learned is not in achievements; it is in the certainty that art has the power to transform our relationship with ourselves.
From this conviction, H.ART was born—a space where intuitive art, meditation, mindfulness, and science come together to offer experiences that go beyond aesthetics. Here, art is a path to self-discovery, introspection, and emotional well-being.
My approach integrates methodologies from Mindful, Meditative & Intuitive Art, EcoNidra, and Digital Wellness, combining ancient practices with contemporary insights to help people reconnect with themselves through creativity.
H.ART is not just a project—it is the synthesis of a life guided by intuition and creative exploration. It is a reminder that we all carry a unique visual language within us, and when we allow ourselves to play, create, and express freely, we also allow ourselves to discover who we truly are.
